Our Value Grass Seed mixture is simple - just a reliable, good value grass seed mixture for lawns and general purpose landscaping. A blend of perennial ryegrass and red fescue grass seed that will germinate quickly, be hard wearing and save you some money. This grass seed mix is suitable for all types of gardens, lawns and general landscaping projects. Some 'value' grass seed mixtures use agricultural grasses (the kind you feed sheep with!) - but our mixture doesn't! We only use genuine amenity grasses that have been bred for lawns and sports.

- Sowing rate = 25-35g per m² (20kg will cover 570-800m²)
- Available in 1.75, 5, 10 and 20kg bags. Contains perrennial ryegrass and strong creeping red fescue.

- 40% Red fescue

Despite sowing the seed in drought conditions we managed to keep the area damp with regular watering and the results were really good. Strong healthy grass and great coverage of a big area.

I never received my order, if you look at DHL tracking the note states item at DHL depot. It’s been there a month according to their notes. DHL state they couldn’t get access to the property which is nonsense. In fairness to GrassSeedOnline they quickly refunded the costs but as long as they use DHL I will not try again.
Hello Roger, we apologise for the difficulties caused by DHL. We are at the mercy of our couriers in these situataions, but we have a policy of always doing right by the customer to resolve things, whether that be to issue an immediate refund or send out another bag.
