This grass seed blend is designed for repairing, renovating and overseeding of lawns. The varieties within this mixture have been vigorously trialled for use in winter sports scenarios to ensure wear tolerance. Contains a blend of 100% perennial ryegrass providing fast germination as well as foot traffic tolerance.

Lawn Repair & Renovation Grass Seed is for the seasonal overseeding or repair of lawns. A blend of 100% perennial ryegrass seed, this grass seed mixture gives maximum wear tolerance. This is the same blend that is used for repairing and renovating football pitches. Ideally suited for overseeding lawns as well as football pitches, rugby pitches and school playing fields at the end of the playing season. With the mixture being 100% perennial ryegrass it will germinate fast and give exceptional wear tolerance.

The weather was extremely dry and despite daily watering the high quality top dressing formed a crust in some areas and the new grass is finding it difficult to break through. I remain hopeful!

We're sorry to hear that you're not seeing results yet. In the meantime, you could try gently raking the top dressing to help break up the crust and make it easier for the new grass to come through.
